Join thousands of other cyclists pedal 55 miles through London and along quiet country lanes passing through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs where you will be rewarded with amazing views and a water break!

Gympanzees Golf Day is back for another epic round on Wednesday 16th September at Thornbury Golf Club.

This popular half marathon sees runners take on generous, closed roads, with the promise of great support and an abundance of entertainment.

The stunning 13.1-mile route takes in many of the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Garden.

This year’s festive fun walks and runs will be held on December 8th, 9th & 10th, 2026.

You’ll start the iconic 26.2 miles in Greenwich Park accompanied by 50,000 other runners. Along the route, you’ll run past the Cutty Sark, over the world famous Tower Bridge and through the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf. The streets will be lined by spectators, cheering you on as you run towards the Mall for a real hero’s welcome in front of Buckingham Palace.

SECOND MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH The CP Sport and Scope adult CP Cafe provides a safe space for anyone with cerebral palsy to chat and meet new people. A range of topics are covered and we sometimes get guest speakers in from healthcare, sport, disability benefits and rights and much more.
