Education
We create and post infographics to raise awareness of the different types of injuries, symptoms and treatments related to brain and spinal injuries. We signpost people to the relevant charities and organisations that could help them during their recoveries and beyond.

Community
We run a safe community platform for Individuals dealing with brain and spinal injuries, their families and carers to communicate with others. We also offer a regular video/voice chat that members can utilise. David White, Founder Join Our Community

Support
We co-run a family and friends coffee group supporting families on the local Neuro Rehabilitation Ward alongside Headway Cardiff & South East Wales. We are also developing a Neuro Café in Newport with the Brain Injury Group for people with brain injuries, their families, and carers.

Patient Support
David volunteers on the Neuro Rehab Ward at Llandough hospital to speak to patients as he has lived experience of this. If anyone wants an individual chat with David or for him to visit a patient about something in particular please send us an email at enquiries@bigsteppingstones.co.uk

Public Speaking
David (NeuroBuds founder and severe brain injury survivor) provides lived experience talks to students and health care professionals
